By placing your order, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to About The Pop! These terms and condition are subject to change anytime. Additional terms and conditions apply to e-gift cards. Terms and condition are as stated below:

E-Giftcards

-No expiration date. No Fees.

-Not Redeemable for cash.

-Not a credit or a debit card.

-All terms enforced except where prohibited by law. 

-Lost or stolen e-gift cards can be replaced with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Minor flaws in Pops is not terms for a return. We hope that since we do take photos of every angle, your Pop meets your expectations.

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that was incorrect, we can offer a full refund, a replacement (if available) or a replacement of equal or lesser value.

Shipping and handling

All orders processed within 24 hours will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days and shipped via USPS. In addition, tracking number of all orders will be sent to email of the recipient.

After photos are taken, Pops are put into protective .5mm plastic protectors or stronger in order to maintain the integrity of the conditions. They will also be shipped and packaged with just enough bubble wrap to insure your Pop gets to you in one piece.

All damaged Pops will be shipped in a top loader.

If you are uncomfortable with any packages left at your doorstep, we offer a signature “signature confirmation” option in order to give you piece of mind. Any rare Pops sent will automatically require a signature of the recipient in order to receive the order. However, our “signature policy” does not constitute an insurance against theft or missing products.

Lost shipment

If your order happened to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may rectify the situation.

Cancellation policy

Same that applies to our return policy. All sales are final. In the unlikely event we do offer a cancellation to an order, we will apply a 20% cancellation fee. There are some exceptions, but it’s to our discretion.

Any orders that is already in transit, cannot and will not be cancelled since it will be too late.

Refused Packages

Any refused packages will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Our handpicking policy.

We handpick and inspect every Pop in order to provide the best condition available because we understand how important conditions are to collectors. In some situations, we will have some Pops with minor flaws due to how it was shipped, but rest assure they will be visible in photos before making any purchases.

Pop Photography and inspection policy

We use a very specific studio in order to provide the best lighting and angle In order to give you the best perspective of the condition of each Pop.

Each and every Pop upon receiving is carefully inspected without any rough handling. We use nitrile gloves to help avoid leaving any marks or rough handling on any pops we inspect.

If your order is not in the condition as advertise, please notify us within 48 hours with pictures of each side so that we may resolve the issue.

Mystery Boxes

We do our best to ship out pops in mint condition, Unfortunately, there are no refunds on exchanges on pops since all are sent at random.

Preorders

All preorders will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

Once pops are preordered, you are guaranteed to receive the pops when released. In addition, orders will be fulfilled in the order received. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order, we will automatically refund payment to the original form of payment and send a notification via email.
