Why are some of the same items
priced differently?
Though some of the Pops are identical, minor difference of conditions factor our prices. We do this to distinguish the difference between each other based on our rating system and to cater to all different types of collectors In addition, some of the items we do list may be a consignment but we highlight those under the description.
Can I cancel my preorder?
The same policy goes for our preorders, all sales are final once placed.

Unfortunately we do not have control of Funko shipments, but rest assured preordering them through us secures your order and gives you the guarantee that you’ll receive your pops in the best condition. We promise, our shipping alone is worth the wait.
Why are there more lights
highlighting certain areas of a Pop?
We use a WAND that helps us bring better lighting to any blemishes or marks Pops. By providing better lighting, not only does it give our customers better visual perspective but it also gives them the confidence to purchase a Pop from us.
How does your rating system work?
We run a 1-10 scale, 10 being flawless. Here’s a breakdown of our rating system…
10 - Flawless
When we mean flawless, we mean no blemishes, manufacture marks, or nothing. Clean from top to bottom, box and window. A pop in this condition is a rare sighting.
9+ - Near Mint
The Pops that are listed in this condition usually have manufacture marks, slight blemishes, and nail marks (from the handling). There are no dents and boxes are clean and glossy. The majority of Pops from the Funko manufacture are produced in this condition.
8+ - Excellent
Similar to the 9 rating but there are more blemishes including around the on the flaps of the of the box (top and/0r bottom corner), at the edges of the back of the box (top and/or bottom) and/or manufacture crease. In addition, there may be slight tears close to the corner of the boxes (from the manufacture).
7+ - Great Condition
Some box and window wear and minor dents. Boxes are slightly flawed and may have some more visible blemishes, box tears and/ or crease.
6+ - Good Condition
Similar to the 7 rating but visible dents to the corner of the boxes.
5 and lower- Unfortunate
Anything with this rating is automatically listed under Unfortunate Pops.
